03.GoZen! workshops
At Mrs. Robin's Nest, we empower parents, teens, educators, and professionals through engaging virtual and in-person workshops focused on anger management, resilience, and growth mindset. Tailored for small groups, families, or classrooms, each 2-hour session provides practical strategies and templates for effective problem-solving with children. Spring Coloring Contest
This spring, Mrs. Robin's Nest will be holding a coloring contest for kids 5-13. Participants will be entered based on their age 5-9 and 10-13. The winner from each age group will win a free coaching session for themselves and up to two friends. My teenaged children Emilye and Jon will be the judges!
To enter, simply download the coloring sheet, have your child color it and then snap a picture or scan it to me at: mrsrobinsnestcoach@gmail.com Please have all entries in by April 3rd.
